What we keep, and why

When you buy

Your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you order go to the seller you buy from, so they can deliver. Your payment happens on the seller’s own payment page; we never see your card.

If you open a shopping account

We keep your email, name, phone number, saved addresses, watch list and the list of your orders, so you can see them here. Nothing is shown to other people.

If you ask to join the community

We keep the details you give and your attire photo until our team has checked them. The photo is only used to confirm you belong to the community, and is never shown as a profile picture. Once approved, these details become your Bohra Connect membership.

Cookies

We use two cookies, only to keep you signed in. No tracking, no advertising cookies.

Deleting your account

You can delete a shopping account at any time from Account, then Settings. Your login, addresses, watch list and any photo are deleted. Orders stay with the sellers, who need them for their records.
